Vinyl Lettering - The majority of signage seen on vehicles is self adhesive vinyl lettering. Produced as pre-spaced lettering with a top application sheet. When applied to the vehicle the application sheet is removed and the individual letters are left. By laying one colour on another, shadows and outline effects can be achieved. The advantage with vinyls is that they can be removed when the vehicle is sold and phone numbers, web addresses etc can be easily changed. We use a high quality vehicle grade vinyl material classed as a 5-7 year grade. Liftspan depends on many conditions, but some of our vehicle graphics can still be seen looking good 7 years on. Gone are the days of painted on signage which instantly devalues the vehicle.

Digital Printing - For more complex pictures, logos and full colour images we use a process of digital printing. Our wide format digital printer prints solvent ink onto self adhesive vinyl. The print is over-laminated with a clear vinyl to give added protection against abrasion. Once printed we can contour cut the graphics to any shape. Some vehicles liveries adopt a bit of both processes with some cut vinyl and some digital printed graphics.
